A Southern Kentucky man, 29-year-old Michael Harp, asked police if he could make a call on his cellphone early Tuesday afternoon. A short time after Michael made his call, police officers say a pizza delivery driver showed up to deliver 5 pizzas to “Officer Wilson,” the name of the man who arrested Michael Harp.
Police say they were able to trace the call back to Harp’s phone, who denied the allegations. In his defense, he claims that it’s all a misunderstanding and that “about 10 people” used his phone while in the prison.
Harp now faces additional charges which include theft of identity, theft by deception, and impersonating a police officer. I’m just curious as to whether or not he was allowed to eat the pizza.
